Balthas Seibold

Balthas Seibold is a senior project manager at InWEnt - Capacity Building International, Germany. Responsible for programmes on "ICT for Development", he develops and implements capacity building projects in Asia and Africa within the department of Sustainable Business Development. Previous work stations include UNESCO's bureau of strategic planning, GTZ and the UNDP.

Graduate degree in Communication Science (major), Political Science, Computer Science and Sociology (minors) from the University of Munich, Foreign Policy Certificate from American University in Washington D.C. Focusing on issues of international communication policies, building knowledge societies, ICTs, globalization and poverty eradication.
